Cancellations
At Waves Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled after the 24 hour period are subject to a charge of 50% of the service. Appointments canceled day of or No Shows will be charged full price of the service. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for services that are 2 plus hours.
No exceptions! Please respect your stylist's time. If you don't show for whatever reason, we dont get paid.
